We offer convenient water and trash collection utilities for all residents You can easily sign up at the town office, and we provide multiple options for bill payments: in person, via our after-hours drop box, or online through Doxo.

Setting Up a New Water Utility Account
Residents who need to establish water service with the Town may do so by following the steps below:

Contact the City Building - Call the City Building at 765-478-3522 to notify staff of the date you would like the water service transferred into your name.

Visit the City Building to Complete Setup - New customers must visit the City Building to complete the account setup process.

Provide Identification - Please bring a valid form of identification when setting up your account.

Submit the Required Advance Payment - A $100 advance payment is required to establish service. This payment must be made at the City Building at the time the account is created.

Understand the Billing Schedule - Utility bills are due by the 15th of each month. Payments received after this date may be subject to late penalties.

Trash Collection Information - Residential trash collection takes place every Monday.
